So this was our French country house, It was situated on a hill among many vineyards.
Many miles of beautiful riding here, although I had more glasses of wine than miles in the saddle.
The Brits that own it did a full renovation, it was in total disrepair only a few years ago. We had a main house with maybe 6 bedrooms and even more baths, two kitchens and so many sitting rooms that I never even sat in some.
The view over the vineyards was beautiful with the Pyrenees in the distance.
The pool wasn't bad either...
And we had a Boules court, which is a lot like Bocce.
And a outbuilding with billiards, ping pong and fooz.
We had a nice plaza above the pool, but it was pretty hot up here.
Lots of living rooms like this.
Molly and I had an attic bedroom complete with exposed beams we needed to duck under.
And fun in the pool...
